“Chair-Leaders “Enabling Access” is an annual provincial awareness raising event for accessibility that targets high profile community leaders such as government officials, business leaders, and media personalities. Thanks to raisin, we have been able to add a whole new dimension to our event by allowing these community leaders to utilize their networks to not only raise awareness, but raise funds as well. In 2011 we raised $6,000. This year, since utilizing the raisin system, our Chair-Leaders event raised over $25,000 and encouraged deeper participation in the event. The Canadian Paraplegic Association (Alberta) looks forward to continuing working with our raisin account director, Laura Brown, well into the future.
