From the entire raisin team, Happy New Year to you all!
We hope that you celebrated the beginning of 2016 surrounded by family and friends. Now that we’re a few days into 2016, it’s a perfect time to start looking in the future and the things that we want to achieve this year. But first, a quick look back.
2015 was a great year for raisin. We’ve released the mobile optimized version of the Pledge and General Donation modules, a brand new Multi-Pledge module and a new template for our famous Peer-to-Peer module “Pledge”.
Now enough about what we’ve accomplished as a company, we’ll let our account managers share their most memorable moments of 2015:
Jean-François – Bilingual Account Manager
My proudest moment of 2015 was helping Kurling for Kids set up a multi-city Pledge event and working alongside A.K.A. New Media
to improve the look and feel of their website. We also made some changing to the branding and communication which helped them bring their event to the next level!
Natalie – Account Manager
One of the many highlights of 2015 was working on the United for Refugees campaign with United Way London & Middlesex. The arrival and plight of the Syrian refugees has been a topic on the forefront of many of our thoughts for quite a while now and I am happy to see a community banding together to do their best to help! It is an honour and a privilege to get to work with so many organizations that work tirelessly to contribute to creating a better, healthier world for all of us!
Rima - Account Manager
Joining AKA raisin in 2015, I have been able to work with both new and older clients.
I remember being assigned my first account, Appleby College, and assisting them with their first multi-location campaign using our recently released Multi Pledge module. The module features a fresh new template with increased social feel, greater scoreboard options (including a scoreboard content page), and streamlined register, donate, login and search processes – along with all of raisin’s best-in-class Participant Centre fundraising tools. Using raisin also significantly reduced Appleby’s administrative effort and allowed their team to really focus on fundraising. Together we were able to launch a successful campaign that allowed for Appleby College to raise 127% of their goal!
Working with the raisin team has also been a delight! I look forward to growing with them, and sharing more of my success stories in 2016. Happy New Year!
